Whilst we are a UK warranty service centre for both TubeTech and Fohhn, we also carry out non-warranty repairs to many different products. We are also happy to provide a quotation for repair/service of any other audio or video products.

We will issue a returns authorization which will be sent to you by your preferred method

Upon receipt of the returns authorization, please return your goods to the address shown

Make sure that the returns number is clearly marked on the outside of your package
